Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Kalash Foods, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We ensure that every product is packed carefully and delivered in hygienic condition.

Since food products are consumable items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The package was tampered with during delivery
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery
  • Item is missing from the order

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address provided by customer
  • Products damaged after delivery

Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification

Refund Process

Once your request is verified:

  • Replacement will be shipped if applicable
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund may be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side
  • In approved damaged/wrong product cases, replacement shipping will be covered by us
